We request that at least two (2) Representfrom each club attend this
meeting with a Primary and Secondary date for each of their       
"In State Club Events".  Clubs that have a "Long History"        
of a certain event date will receive priority for this date.

Since this meeting is for Patch Holder ONLY, we ask that you leave
your ol' ladies and hang-arounds at home.  Probates are OK to attend.

TN C.O.C. Meeting Dates will be scheduled after all club dates  are
submitted and approved.

A copy of the Events Calendar will be distributed to all Representatives
before departing.
